Customers can return medicine/goods for the reasons stated below only:

  1. Wrong medicine provided.
  2. Medicine/goods are expired or have no expiration date.
  3. Security seal of the package is broken.
  4. Product is damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, full refund does not include shipping cost.
